1960 sunvisors

My '60 was not originally equipped with sunvisors and I received a pair as a gift. I assumed they would attach in the existing screws in the windshield header...they don't even come close. Am I correct to assume that if the optional visors were ordered originally the header would have holes already in place? Is there any way I can mount the visors without major work or dismantling. Thanks. Ron

Sun visor cars used a different upper header molding that had the additional visor holes pre-pierced and had tapping plates on the back side for the visor pivot attaching screws to thread into.
