67 horns that do not blow

Installed new wiring harness and engine. Everything working great except no horns. I have rechecked wiring and it appears correctly installed. All I hear is a click and the relay does get warm. Help please they worked before resto. Thanks.

If the relay is pulling in, check at the horns to see if you have voltage. If you do, there is either a ground issue or dead horns, assuming the horns are hooked up to the relay properly.

There is an assumption that you knew the horns worked before the new harness installation. Are you getting voltage to the horns? If the horns, themselves, are suspect, you can test them out of the car with a battery charger. I helped my buddy repair his horns and we tuned them using a battery charger for the juice.

Have you mounted the horns to the support? The horns ground through horn mount. If you have not installed them they won't work and all you will get is a clicking sound from the relay. HTH
