[General - I Think] Front License Area Question

My 1985 comes from Oregon, where they have plates front and back. I now live in Pennsylvania, where you only need a rear plate. Obviously, the original body colored front license plate cover/insert is long gone, and I don't anticipate having an appropriate light blue metallic one by the time the Regionals roll around in May.

What's the best thing to do? Should I leave the front completely naked? Should I buy an unpainted cover/insert? Should I put some kind of decorative plate on the front?

Why not go with an NCRS front plate?

Good idea.

Else try one of the many Corvette junkyards such as Contemporary Corvette in Bristol, PA. Since no Bloomington or Carlisle between now and May, that may be your best bet.
