    C-1 Godzilla clutch spring

Is this spring not needed in some cases? I noticed in a previous post that
some don't use it. I also noticed in the Paragon cataloge that if you use a diaphram type clutch they say you don't need the big spring. Well what would hold the pedal up? Wouldn't the throw-out bearing get a lot more wear?

    Thanks. Pat

    Re: C-1 Godzilla clutch spring

You can remove the Godzilla spring and add a spring under the dash to pull the clutch pedal back to the stop. John Hinkley posted some directions and, I think, some images of how to do this. It may have been on the Corvette Forum C1/C2 board if it isn't on this one somewhere.
