The camshaft is a GM #3733431 which was originally used from 1957 through 1966 in lower horsepower, hydraulic lifter engines. This included most non mechanical lifter 283s and 250/300 hp 327s.

It's been discontinued for a LONG while but there were LOTS of them made during the 57-66 period. They were used in passenger cars, Corvettes, and light trucks and it was probably the most common Chevrolet cam of the period. A NOS example might be worth a premium to someone restoring a 57-66 with an engine that originally used this piece. I'd say that a used one would have a value determined by the pound.
