AC Delco brake parts

Can anybody help me to identify these AC Delco brakes parts?
They are named as rebuild kits, and are probably for the calipers.

I need to know if they can be used for rebuilding the calipers of
my `68.

The kits that you mentioned are the caliper piston repair kits for the REAR calipers of your 1968 Corvette. 1 kit is required to do 1 piston. So, you need 8 kits to service both rear calipers. By the way, the last 5 digits of each of the above lines is irrelevent. The kits are identified by the Delco part number (173-105) or the GM number (5467288).
