I just put the driver side door panel back on my 67 roadster and with all hardware on the window is extremely hard to roll up and down. My paint guy put the windows back in and they seemed to roll fine without the door panel on although alittle tight. Is there a simple adjustment I can do withot having to take my original door panel back off risking cracking especially around the lock knob??
If your window tracks were restored it is common for the window to go a little hard, especially compared to a sloppy fit window. If the window lines up fine my guess is there must be some binding with the panel and the part the comes through the panel that the crank fits on. I would check this area first.
