Fit of repro sunvisors?

I ordered a pair of sunvisors from Wilcox, and they drop shipped from Corvette America. Comparing them to the originals off my 67 convertible, they are noticeably smaller by about 3/4" in length and about 1/2" in depth. Any experiences from the group with sunvisors from the various suppliers not being like the original (particularly from Corvette America). I am considering returning these. They are nice otherwise in general, but they don't seem to fit quite as well as the originals.

I got mine from Al Knoch (through Paragon); they're $25.00/pair more than the Corvette America visors, but they look great and fit fine.

Related C2 Sunvison Mirror Question

My 66 coupe has a rectangular 3 3/4 x 10 1/4 "Chevrolet" Mirror attached to the right sunvisor. Was this a dealer/customer installed item or was it part of an option group?

Nice option but never supplied by GM. Probably a dealer or Western Auto from the 1960's. GM later caught on and supplied them with the sunvisors.
