Lower valance bracket question 1966

Can someone tell me the distance from the back edge of the lower Valance to the center of the hole where the L bracket would attach to the nose rod. Am also trying to find the length of the bottom horizontal part of the L bracket.

These dimensions are from a '67 but they should be the same:

Dimension from rear of valance to forward hole center = 2 5/8"
Dimension from rear of valance to rear hole center = 5/8"
Hole diameter = 3/8"
Phillips screw is 1/4-20 x 3/4"
Square nut is welded to bracket in a "Diamond" position relative to the bracket edge

Dimensions for "L" bracket"

1" wide 16 gauge(?) flat stock
2 1/2" x 1" legs
3/8" hole/1/4" welded nut in the center of the 1" leg
3/8" hole on 2 1/2" leg 13/16" from end
Angle is approximately 110 deg

I see no "use" for the rear hole in the valance... possibly required during assy/fabrication.

Brackets were installed before painting and blackout.
Brackets were painted black.

Forward hole for 66-67, rearward for 63-65.
