My 1970 looks like the camber is more positive then it should be as far as the front end alignment. Is this something I can fix myself or does it need to go to a professional?

It has to be done on a machine because if you change the camber, you'll also change the toe in adjustment.

Probably easier and cheaper to take it in unless you want to do the research and spend a bunch of time on it.
A friend of mine sets his car up with a digital level, a few pieces of wood and a measuring tape. He slalom raced it three years and won first place every time,it can be done.
