Check with 55-57 Classic Chevy club, they repro them.

I had this problem with a '62. Groessmuellers promised to make one off their original, but after 3 months, I gave up. I finally had one fabricated at Pointe Automatic Transmission in Harper Woods Michigan (586) 776-7300, but it was a small item for them and took lots of follow up to get it done. They advertise in Hemmings as PATCO and do a lot of antique automatic work. Chuck

Try FASTCO 1-800-524-0485. I know they have quite a few cast iron glide parts. I'm not sure about external parts, however.
