C1 window regulator

Does anyone know how to get these out of the door? Does it come out the top? How bout replacing them. Any tricks needed?

Rod,
You must remove the guide assy from the bottom of the door post prior to removing the regulator. It is impossible to do otherwise. There are two cap screws in the post and one at the bottom of the guide that anchors the guide to the door structure. This is also the bolt that allows in/out adjustment of the top of the door post. After the guide is out, you will need to crank the regulator to the right position and it will slide right out.

After what John said to do, it comes out the larger square opening.
