For those of us in the north that worry about rust, a cleanup hint. Since I have the heater box out for repair I decided to look inside the area behind the air grills. I have a non-A/C 63. What I found was 2 inches of debris that has accumulated over the past 41 years (leaves, pine needles, etc). This is a great place to hold water and allow rust to start, I have some. At the bottom I finally found a 1 inch drain hole to the road that was plugged with garbage. A long soft plastic hose attached to the vacuum will help clean it out.
