I found time yesterday to perform a round-to-it. The shoulder belts are now installed in my 1967. Not surprisingly there is a colour mis-match between the lap and shoulder belts but I have 12' of spare webbing to get the laps re-done. I did not have to pull the rugs at the back. An NCRS person sent me a photo of his set-up and with careful use of a 4" nail I hit the threaded hole in the mount bracket almost immediately. Then it was a simple matter of making a small slit with an X-Acto knife. The transmission tunnel threaded stud was a wee bit short but again with some minor cuts to the carpet both lap and shoulder brackets went on very nicely.
