Recommendation for non-petroleum lubricant

Can someone give me some recommendations for a non-petroleum based luibricant? It seems like
every container of every lubricant I own says "contains petroleum distilates", which I assume means it should not be used to lubriate rubber items. The bushing I want to lubricate to faciliate installation says to use a non-petroleum based lubricate, which promted this question.

Silicone is a non-petroleum-based lubricant. The spray forms of it may use a petroleum-based product as a carrier solvent, but I think that the grease forms, available in tubes, do not. Also, there are specific lubricants on the market for brake part use. These contain no petroleum products.

I've used a tube called Syl-glide (sp) for years. It is a silicone lubricant.

Doug, where do you get Syl-glide silicone lubricant and is it high temp?

I don't recall where I got the tube since it has been several years. However, at that time, I think we had Car Quest and Checker auto parts that I did most of my business with at the time. A quick search and I found a site that says Napa carries it. Sil-Glyde's website is below says it is good from -20 to 500 deg.
