    67 carb #3810 enough?

    Dear Members,

    I have a 300hp/327ci. with #3890490 alum. intake, current G.M. reproduction
2 1/2 inch exhaust manifolds, stock heads, and the original #3810 Holley carb. It's my understanding this is a 600cfm rated carb. Will this breath deeply enough if I install the LT1 cam and lifter assembly from Crane? Thank you for the help!

    Justin-----

The 3810 will be fine. The most that your engine could POSSIBLY use is about 650 cfm and that assumes things that are NEVER going to happen. The 3810 will be perfect.

Jerry Bramlet has a brand new undated one on E-bay right now if you are looking for one.

        Joe,
Thank you much for the info!
        Tom,
Thank you, but I have the original carb sitting in a pile of chewed sound deadener on the floor of my 67 coupe(mouse house).
