    Engine blueprinting

In the preassembly blueprinting process, what do you do if you end up with one or more rod or main bearing clearance measurements out of spec? Do you buy another set (or sets) of bearings to search for ones that will put the clearance in spec, or is there a way to make adjustments?

    Re: Engine blueprinting

if you have some too tight you can buy .001 over and if you have some too loose you can buy .001 under and if you only need .0005 just use 1 of the overs or unders combined with a standard size.
