    Fuel Delivery

Yesterday I rejetted my Holly 4160. I went from a 72 jet to a 68. Everything went fine. I noticed after all was said and done that my fuel filter had very little gas in it . Usually it it full. I know the clear fuel filters are a no no and I have to get rid of it but I cant figure out why my fuel delivery is so low. The fuel pump is new, less than a 100 miles on it and my tank and lines weredropped and cleaned at the same time I replaced the pump. The car runs fine but I am afraid that it is starving for gas. Any suggestions.
    Thanks
    Mike

inline filter that are horizontal leave a air pocket that is why they are best installed in in a vertical position so they stay full all the time.
