Is this starter OK?

This is the starter that I bought with my 62 340HP car back in '88. I have seen many posts here on having the right nose length, Hi power, flywheel match, etc. Part number and date on starter is "1108267 7 L". Obviously not from my car. It did work fine on my car except when it was hot and had a hard time turning over. Hopefully my cleaned out radiator and total redo of engine and underhood will have chased this problem away.

Will this starter work on my car properly? Anyone know what it came out of?
