C2 Hood Struture

I just took the hood off my car and found that the most of the center bracing has poped loose from t.he hood skin anyone know the best and eazy way to repair

Use bonding resin between the surfaces, place weights to hold it together until cured.

The cross brases were never bonded. They used daubs of non hardning material there. Do not bond them.

In the plants, we used to call that material "gumdrops", and it's still used today on steel hood inner panel bracing; a paint/body shop supply house should have the correct material.

Would this just happen to be a 65 or 66 big block hood?
