Thank you Kevin for sharing... It's important we make availible to others the lessons we learn along the way.

I feel this is especially important anytime we pay others to work on our cars. This hobby is loaded with money mongers more intrested in your money than your satisfaction.

Sounds like Jerry knows about the ole addage that the only "true customers" are "repeat customers".
