I am putting my radio back in for the 4th time. Having had some problems with the radio jumping stations. My rebuilder has tried everything (I have sent it back to him 3 times in California). Hopefully this is the last time. Anyway my questions are:
The speaker wire connector from my original speaker has a metal clip attached to the connector. Where or what do I clip it to?
The antenna cable also has a black clip on it that is free moving. Is this just to route it away from things?
I want to eliminate any possibility that my install is the cause of the radio problems.
Quick response appreciated as I am currently in the garage (5:50p mountain time) getting last minute things put together for my drive to Breckenridge Colorado next week for the NCRS regional. It is the debut of my 1.5 year restoration of a 67 Marina Blue with white/blue interior L79 roadster with factory side pipes. I am so excited to get over there and endure the scrutiny (I think). Many of you have helped me over the months with invaluable info. and I appreciate it very much. The NCRS "Rocks"!!! This forum "Rocks"!!!
