The lens that shows that the rear turn signals are operating.

Well I cheated and looked up the answer in the 1968-1972 Corvette Operations Manual & Performance Verification Test Guide. That was easier than going to the garage for the owners manual.

In addition to what I posted above the high beam fiber lights show red. I believe the color comes from the plastic holders for the fibers. The fibers actually transmit white light, and the color is produced at the end in the interior.
