I posted a similar question a few weeks ago but I don't think I made myself clear. Here goes. The car is a 68 427 that HAD the TI removed long ago. The TI harness was still there but rigged up(and looped)directly to the coil. I have installed a new engine harness with all the correct connectors. I have been told that the engine harness and dash harness's are the same with or without TI. A heavy gage with cloth like wire from the old TI harness goes through the firewall and connects via a connector to a pink wire that goes diectly to the ignition switch. That wire and another pink wire attach to one ignition switch terminal. Is that second pink wire already connected to the ignition switch OK to make the standard ignition work.
