National Convention

I plan to participate in the National Road Tour from NY to Windsor this July. I will only be able to spend one day (Monday) at the convention and therefore need only a one day pass. Do I obtain this pass once I show up at the convention or do I need to pre-register? Also, what is the cost for the one day pass? Thanks

The National Road Tour registration form indicates that you must also register for the convention. The one-day-only "day pass" is only good for the day it's issued, cannot be issued for a second day, and only allows access to the judging field; participating in any other Convention activities requires registration. Suggest you get your pre-registration in right away, as they won't be accepted in Cincinnati after June 7th; if you register after that, it must be done on-site in Windsor, and that carries the usual $30.00 late fee. The registration form is printed in the National Convention section in the middle of the "Driveline", or it can be downloaded and printed from the "Registration" section of the National Convention website, http://www.ncrsontario.com/national/index.htm .

Is any of the Road Tour crossing from MI into Canada on Sunday the 25th? Just wondering if it would be possible to "tag along" the last few miles into Windsor. I don't see a map of the Road Tour on the site....and I'm not at home to check any of my paperwork.

Suggest you contact Ron Ramsey, (321)255-4887, or cramsey@cfl.rr.com; he's the Road Tour Chairman. I do know that all the tours are meeting on Saturday the 24th in Chatham, Ontario for evening festivities at R/M Classic Cars, and will leave there Sunday morning and travel as a group from there to Windsor.

I'm driving over from here Sunday morning, so it appears they are coming from a different direction.
