After changing out the fuel tank, pick up screen, all fuel lines, rebuilt pump, and new restored carb, I got stuck when a piece of crud got into the carb under the needle and seat, probable from a load of bad gas. Has anyone added (or changed) the gas filter, or type, for purhaps an in line type to catch debree b/4 it gets into the carb? where might be a good place to conceal another filter? I am thinking along the lines of the glass in line type commonly used on motorcycles and custom cars. Anyone care to comment?
Thanks to all
