I'm fixing up a few things they found wrong in judging a couple weeks ago.
Judging guide refers to the hinge area and says the structure curves toward the center of the hood aproximately 1/4 in. At this point the blackout does not follow the curve of the structure.
The question is, are they talking about the rear of the hood where the hinge pins are,and they ran masking tape around the outside of the hood to prevent blackout paint from getting on the outer lip. Was the masking tape wide enough to cover the whole outer lip. Or should a portion show some blackout paint.
