C1 Ignition Shielding and Door Lock Advise

Any recommendations on a good source for an ignition shielding kit for a 1962 corvette? I tried Corvette Central but they are back ordered (last time I went this route 2 months turned into a year).

Also, I need a driver side door lock. All the venders want to sell a kit to replace all the locks or both door locks. I suspect that the lock for a 62 is interchangeable with many other GM cars of that era and I could go to a junkyard and get a similar lock and have it recoded to match my other locks. Is this correct? What other cars used the same lock?

Check with Paragon's Vintage Dept. for both items. Also call Mary Jo Rohner for both items.
