Hi,

Did the factory ever blackout the insides of the lower front turn light panels just ahead of the inner fenders?

I dont know that I exactly understand the question, but blackout consisted of a quick swipe of the spray gun under the fender well and shooting straight into the grille opening on the flat panels where the grille mounts are. They hit the bottom of the radiator support at the same time and that was about the extent of the blackout.
