Last week it reached 100 degrees here in El Dorado County, just above the Sacramento valley. As I ponder reassembling my nice, matching numbers, fairly original, non-A/C car, I know I will want to drive it during the long, hot summer days. So now, fickle me wants to install an A/C kit while the car is apart.
I could forge the car's history and replace everything to show it as an A/C car. (I know, where would I find the dash, you ask...)
I could go with Vintage Air. That would show my blatant assault on a former non-air car, but be the most cost effective way to go.
Or I could modify my Vintage Air system with older parts so it wouldn't insult your view when you popped the hood.
What would you do? (Think "traffic jam")
