Torque Specs.

Could someone please provide the torque specs? For the lower A-arm pivot shaft bolts. Car is a 1961.

Seeing from all the responses you got back, I figure "what the hey", someone should at the least respond back to ya!

According to my 68 A.I.M. my lower control arm bushing retainer bolt has a 45 to 55 Ft. Lb. spec.

Ray -
The ST-12 indicates lower A-arm shaft (inner toward body) bushings torqued at 85-100 ft-lbs.
The lower outer bushing at 150-170 ft-lb, with the pivot bolt at 100-200 ft-lb, and the nut at 90-120 ft-lb..

Thanks for the responses. I determined the bolt sizes and torque according to bolt size. (50 to 55 FT LB)
