Art The inter fenders control the hood heigth and is an area where you can cut the fender off at the top only and make adjustments and rebond. I used a cut off wheel.I did this on the inside of the fender at the lower edge so from under the hood you can't see the repair and even under the fender in that location the fix is not to be seen if you work at it in the radius and bond seam.
