C2 headlights

I have restored my '65 and I have used the original wiring harnesses. One of the plugs that go into the back of the headlight motor is craked and it dosen't make contact all the time and thus one headlight bucket will open/close when it wants to. Tried finding a new pigtail for the end of the headlight motor wires but no luck. Anyone now where I could get an end without buying a new harness?

Try the catologs, Corvette Central, Volunteer Vettes, Long Island Corvettes. I think I have seen those pigtails advertised somewhere.

Hi Jeremy...I am assuming that your harness is in good shape with no broken wires (easy fix even if that) and only the round plastic plug (housing) is cracked/broken. The plug housing is easily removed, leaving only the wires with the brass ends exposed. A good plug can be readily installed and put you back in business in a flash! Contact me for instructions if needed, AND a free plug housing to boot!
