C3 T-Top Leaks

Just completed a body off restification of a 1974 Corvette. The car is leaking around the front and rear of the T-Tops so much it makes you think you're in one of those WWII submarine movies! They are "tight" and have new weatherstrip - what am I missing????

Are you sure they are on tight? is the weatherstrip on with out kinks an is not binding?

Are the voids between the inside of the stainless trim moldings and the steel birdcage structure filled with sealant?

Have you removed all trim and verified it is the tops?

Sometimes door glass misalignment looks like top leakage.

I also agree with John. Make doubly sure all voids and cracks are sealed well.
