corvette hd rear shocks jerry bramlett a friend asked me to help identify a pair of new delco rear shocks that he wants to install on his ' corvette he was told that the shocks were delco aftermarket issue for a ' ' corvette with heavy duty suspension however the part number on the shocks doesn't match any rear shock listing in my ' chevrolet parts book these shocks have been cross referenced through their u markings to part number but i can't find that number in my ' book either can someone help us out with this i believe the original application for these shocks was some early fifties gm vehicle but i can't confirm it was a corvette your assistance would be greatly appreciated

let me rephrase jerry bramlett i don't think my initial request for help is very interesting to anybody so i want to reword it a little let's up the ante i am now stating that the number stamped on ' corvette assembly line hd rear shocks was it was stamped on every single one of them without exception however if someone identifies this part number as another shock application then they will show that they are much smarter than i am think about it if you can find this part number is listed for another vehicle then you will prove that you are the champ and i am the chump
