    C3 1973 Alternator Identification

I need information on 1100950 alternator with a date code 2G25. It has a machined pulley and a broadcast code "D".

It was made July 25th 1972 and would be correct in a 73 Corvette without air conditioning. Code (D) is an inspection mark. The broadcast code would be(RF)

Jeff The use of the machined pulley on 73 Corvettes is at random as far as I know but others who write books may think they know something. I think they used what pulley they had if they run out due to a parts shortage. Lyle
