Was looking at the '65 TIM & JG and have a point that requires clarification.
It seems from the information provided, for upper and lower control arms, that the arms are assembled with bushings, shafts, washers, bolts and the control arms are then painted gloss black. Guess I'm clear on this.
Are the ball joints then riveted into the painted arm assemblies, leaving the ball joints and the rivets natural and unpainted?
