need help with the headlights

well i was in under the dash removing the aftermarket radio to put the stock one back in, and now my headlight low beams dont work, but the hi beams do.

i checked the foot dimmer switch and its ok, so i am at a temorary loss.

its a 1963 swc.

any tips are greatly appreciated.

Hey Mike -

My first guess is you may have knocked something loose on the headlight switch. If you have a copy of the service manual, sketch out the headlight switch circuits onto a clean sheet of paper. Trying to read an entire wiring diagram can you make you go blind, so it's much easier to isolate the circuits you're interested in and study those. Once you've done this, you'll be able to make sense of the wiring and focus your analysis.
