C3: 71 grill restoration sources

I am looking for a reliable source to have my 71 front grills cleaned, painted and maybe rechromed if needed.
I am located in New Orleans area.

Ralph, if you are sure you can't do the cleaning and painting yourself, you might email Thad LeJuene a few threads down, "1966 Windshield".

Thad is a Cajun (don't know his location in Louisiana), does Corvette work, and has had his cars judged at NCRS events, so he understands the requirements. His shop space may be primarily dedicated to complete restorations, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Professional restoration work will be more expensive than you expect. I have not had any work done by Thad, so this is not endorsement one way or the other.
