    C2- 40083 Fuel Pump

    Just acquired a fuel pump for my '66. A real 40083 with the AC logo on top. Very light - magnesium I have been told. It is very dirty and the magnesium appears a lot darker than aluminum. Can anyone recommend someone that knows about magnesium restoration.

              Ronnie,

              I don'think you will have to worry about magnesium restoration with that aluminum pump. Jerry Suvada does a wonderful job on the 40083 pumps that you will be proud of. E-mail Jerry at suvada@tds.net
