    75 courtsey light wiring

The courtsey lihgts and cigarette lighter on my "new" 75 only work with the ignition on. Initially, they worked with the ignition off, or at least the lighter and the rear compartment light did. I replaced the bulbs in the front, and when I replaced the last one (passenger side)The lights flickered once as I was fitting the bulb and then quit. All three lamps and the lighter work with the ignition in the "on" position. Something strange going on here.

I don't yet have a 75 wiring diagram. I have looked at the diagram for a 67, and it shows these two circuits both fed by a 14 ga orange wire from the fuse panel. There is a 14 ga orange wire on the 75 fuse panel that is hot all the time. Seems like perhaps this is the feed I'm looking for????

It's been almost 30 years since I've owned a shark and they were new car then, so few electrial problems. Anyone who is a shark electrical expert that can give me some pointers would be appreciated much. I really don't want to tear the dash out of the car and start tracing wires just yet unless I have to.
