i'm reinstalling the rear windows in my 63 coupe and having trouble with the weatherstrip being higher than the body at the arched part of the windows and i'm afraid the chrome will not look like it should. could someone tell me if this is normal? if you laid a straight edge across the body and chrome, should the chrome be even with the body all around the windows?
thanks,
mac
thanks again JR, i didn't see any way to lower it but the weather strip around the window is so high at the rear of the arch that i'm worried about getting the chrome to snap down to the clips. a previous owner had put some screws thru the pieces in this area and i'm hoping to get it to stay on without the screws.
