I just signed up with Hagerty and all seems good, do I have a false sense of security, or am I going to be O.K.???

Jim, I have had insurance with Hagerty for several years. Never made a claim, but when I inquired about a windshield replacement they would have covered it 100%. I just called them again today to renew for the next 12 months. Happy Motoring,

I had my 2 Corvettes with them for about 5 years. Fortunately I have never had a claim but have never heard anything bad. Great rates. Don H.

I guess I was feeling buyers remorse, thanks for the good words. Has anyone had any claims, if so how did they do??

Classic car insurance must be a great business no one ever files a claim. I guess that is why the premiums are so reasonable. I am suprised that the major companies are not more active in it as they usually don't let a good thing pass.

I have three Corvettes insured with Hagerty and just filed a claim for windshield replacement for my 65. Hagerty covered the total cost with no questions and were very easy to deal with.

Jim...I have my insurance through Hagerty as well. Although I've never had a claim for damage to the vehicle, I've had to obtain a flatbedded tow on two different occasions. The $30 yearly cost for the Roadside Protection, which covers me for 3 separate related towings per year, at a maximum cost per tow of $100, has been well worth it. They were also very accomodating in my request to use a towing company of my choice (get it approved first).
