    Windsor Flight Judging

    Does anyone know how late the field stays open in the evening? Can one view the cars later than 5:00 PM? I am aware that they will be removed on Thur in the later afternoon following flight judging but what about Wed.?

      The schedule doesn't say specifically what time the area is closed down but I believe it is 5:00. At least that is when the vendor displays and other items of interest are officially closed. Most of the cars had covers on them by that time on Monday and today was even worse with the rain. Wed is suppose to be nice weather wise so that will be your best chance. Today was Bowtie judging day and they proceeded even with a light drizzle. I was unsure how close I could get to the judging of those cars as a spectator but I was pleasantly surprised. The judges didn't seem to mind at all that a few of us were practically under the cars (on lifts) with them. It was very interesting and very educational. There were some very nice unrestored cars there. That alone was worth it for me.

          The judging field is open every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
