1974 turn signal light on the dash

My 1974 the left turn signal in the dash does not come on when pressed down. The outside turn signals work just fine . So I'm assuming this is just a light bulb in the dash cluster. My question is how difficult is it to replace a light bulb in the dash cluster. Thanks Rick

    Rick-----

Yes, I feel pretty confident that the dash bulb for the turn signal has failed. For these, particular, bulbs you MAY be able to get your hand up under the dash and replace them. To do this you'll need to locate and pull out the bulb from the instrument case. If you can't get at it, then you'll need to pull the left side dash pad forward. That involves slightly lowering the steering column and removing all the screws that hold the dash pad in place. If you have to do this, then I recommend replacing ALL of the dash bulbs that you can access.
