    Vent Windows

I am in the final stages of restoring my 65 coupe. I have replaced all the weatherstriping and felts for the windows. I noticed that the right vent window does not close properly now. The top 2/3rd's seats leaving approx. 1/8th gap at the bottom. Does anyone know how to adjust this? It appears that the only way is to bend the hinge. Is this correct? Thanks in advance for any Help

That's the way they were done at the hardware plant, assuming you mean inboard/outboard adjustment. Same holds for the parallel adjustment of the raer glass edge to the channel, except that you need to be sure that if the glass has been replaced, it was properly positioned within its frame.

Thanks Scott. I thought that was the case but just wanted to make sure before I attempted this and messed it up. As far as the glass is concerned I had it done at a glass shop and it checks out OK. Thanks again for the help.
