Dear Members;
As you may or may not be able to tell, I am very new to Corvettes. I am also very limited mechanically (no big surprise). Please if anyone knows how I can find out which vacuum diagram is for my Vet. There are four vacuum hoses not connected. Two have bolts stuck in them, and two are just opened. My vacuum at idle is zero. This makes for very hard starting. There is a bracket on drivers side above vapor cannister, and the two open hoses are there, but nothing on the bracket. As you can tell this poor Vet is really in need of care. My hope was to use the VIN, to get info. Alas everywhere I check tells me the VIN is invalid. What am I doing wrong (pulling hair and screaming). Well enough bothering you folks, just needed to blow off a little. I will keep trying, and I pray someone can help me.
Thanks for listening!!! Thomas J. Mattingly #38661
