C2 Dash Removal

Dear Members,
After a chat with Doc Rebuild, I've been convinced to remove whole dash. I need to access "X" clips, replace dash pads and clean underneath. I understand it involves drilling out 10 rivets, unbolting dash at lower frame, and breaking the bottom resin spots. Does this sound right? Am I missing anything? It seems rather daunting, but I might be acting like a "Girlyman!" Thank you much!

How much more is involved in doing this to an A/C car?
