Flea Market Find

I found these GM on the wheel tire pressure gauges in the original package about 15 years ago at a flea market and don't know much about it. Was this even a dealer option for a Corvette or was it meant for other GM products? If anybody has seen these before and can let me know it's rarity, use and etc, I'd really appreciate it.

It was a G.M accessory , dealer option rare for car or Corvette. But never use them around NCRS. Or you know what!!!
