Since I once owned and documented a 1961 with the subject engine casting number, I am wondering if anyone has attempted to pin down the range of VINs that could have been built with such a 283. What does the judging manual say about this? (All my judging manuals are for "mid-years").
The car I am talking about is not on the C1 registry recently mentioned here.
